  • *** Monarch Fan Bus ***

    Charter Bus

    February 24th - Varsity Manning Girls will take on May River High School, Bluffton SC at 7:00 P.M.  The bus will depart from Manning High School at 4:00pm.  Travel time is approximately 2 1/2 hours to May River High School in Bluffton. Cost is $21.00

    February 25th - Varsity Manning Boys will take on Cheraw High School, Cheraw SC at 7:00 P.M.  The bus will depart from Manning High School between 5:00p.m. and 5:30p.m.  Travel time is approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours to Cheraw High School in Cheraw.  Cost is $21.00.

    ***No student under the age of 18 will be able to travel without their parent/guardian on the bus with them.  This is a charter bus and there are only 54 seats available on a first-come basis.  Deadline for payment is Monday, February 24th at 1:00p.m.   Money should be paid to Beth Rollins at Manning High School to secure your seat ticket.  For any additional information, please call 803-825-5045.

    PLEASE NOTE: You will pay your own admission fee at the destination.  Your payment is only for your bus trip to and from the game.

  • School Board Meeting

    The CSD2 School Board Meeting for March has been rescheduled for March 24, 2020 at 5:30p.m. 

    Board meetings are held at the District Administration Building at 15 Major Drive, Manning, S.C.

  • Manning Primary School received the Monarch Spirit Baton for the CSD2 Tardiness Campaign.  MPS had the highest decrease in students tardies from November 1st through December 9th.

  • Clarendon Family Resource Center held a Community and Parents for Public Schools (C.A.P.P.S.) Luncheon on Thursday, October 24th.  Those that attended covered the topic of Connecting Schools and Churches for Community Input.

  • Congratulations to Dr. Shawn Johnson, Superintendent of CSD2, and Ms. Kimberly O. Johnson, CSD2 Board Chair, on their membership in the Manning Rotary Club.
