        The S.C. Department of Employment and Workforce published a press release regarding the launch of its Cybersecurity Internship Program, which is now open for applications.

      • Farmers Telephone Cooperative (FTC) is offering a federally subsidised program which is specifically geared toward qualifying low-income families and may provide up to a $50 credit on their bills for broadband internet access.  There are some steps that have to be done by the family, but it can be of benefit to our local families.

        Attention CSD2 Parents! In partnership with the Carolina Family Engagement Center, we are building a strong Family Leadership Team called Community and Parents for Public Schools (CAPPS). Parents are positioned to learn new strategies, build leadership skills, and be equipped to more effectively advocate for their children, families, and communities. If you are interested, please apply at
        Benefits of being a CAPPS Parent Leadership Partner include:
        A stipend for participants who complete all PLP requirements.
